GenGrowth

One System, Full-Stack Growth Automation

Six core capabilities that turn minimal input into measurable growth.

Auto Discovery

Input your URL — the system automatically scans site structure, content gaps, keyword opportunities, and competitor positions. No manual audit needed.

  • Automatic sitemap & page structure analysis
  • Keyword opportunity clusters with intent classification
  • Competitor gap detection
  • Equivalent CPC & monthly savings estimation

What data sources does Auto Discovery use?

It automatically reads your sitemap, robots.txt, page structure, and search performance data from connected sources like Google Search Console. No manual upload required.

How often does discovery refresh?

Discovery supports daily refresh cycles. The system re-scans when new data becomes available or when triggered by optimization decisions.

Strategy Engine

The system generates 3+ strategy candidates, each with a transparent score breakdown, ROI tags, and a "Why this strategy?" evidence chain.

  • Multi-factor weighted scoring across ROI, historical performance, competitive gaps, technical health, and risk
  • "Why this strategy?" evidence chain for every candidate
  • Parallel strategy support with conflict detection

How is the strategy score calculated?

The score is calculated using a proprietary multi-factor model that weighs ROI potential, historical success patterns, competitive gap size, technical health indicators, and risk factors. All dimensions are normalized to 0-100.

Can I override the recommended strategy?

Yes. You can override any strategy ranking with a reason. The system tracks the override and compares outcomes after 7 and 14 days.

Execution Orchestration

Approved strategies automatically become batched task queues — SEO, social, and link building. Social-First probes validate topics before SEO scales up.

  • Batched task queues with priority and dependencies
  • Social-First probing before SEO scale-up
  • Batch-0 fast-track for validated topics (2x baseline)
  • One-click approval with override logging

What is Social-First probing?

Before scaling SEO production, the system publishes test posts on Reddit/X to validate topic demand. Topics that hit 2x baseline engagement are fast-tracked to Batch-0 priority.

What does Batch-0 mean?

Batch-0 is the highest priority queue. Topics validated through social probes skip the regular batch queue and get produced first.

Attribution Loop

Every action gets a UTM fingerprint. Channels are physically isolated. Data integrity is automatically verified before any decision is made.

  • UTM fingerprinting: utm_term = agent_id_batch_id
  • Channel isolation between SEO and social
  • Automated data integrity verification (schema, coverage, pipeline)
  • Failed experiments auto-generate postmortem reports

How does channel isolation work?

Every action gets a unique UTM fingerprint (utm_term = agent_id_batch_id). SEO and social traffic are physically separated in attribution, with automatic conflict detection.

What happens when an experiment fails?

The system automatically generates a postmortem report analyzing three layers: exposure (was it seen?), intent (was it relevant?), and conversion (did they act?).

Self-Optimization

The system automatically decides: expand what works, iterate what's close, pause what fails. Every decision is explainable with threshold comparisons.

  • Three actions: expand / iterate / pause
  • Scale-up requires score ≥ threshold for 2 consecutive windows
  • Successful patterns auto-saved as Playbook templates
  • Anti-patterns recorded for future avoidance

Product Page Optimization
48threshold: 70(-22)
iterate
1 consecutive window | trend: flat
Insufficient data — extend measurement window by 14 days
Playbook saved: "Long-tail Cluster + Pillar Page Pattern"

How does the system decide to expand, iterate, or pause?

Based on strategy scores and thresholds: score ≥ scale-up threshold for 2 consecutive windows → expand; between iterate and scale-up threshold → iterate; below pause threshold or 2 consecutive declines → pause.

Are Playbook templates reusable across products?

Yes. Successful patterns are automatically saved as Playbook templates with applicable conditions, so they can be applied to new products with similar characteristics.

Governance & Compliance

Every override is tracked with reason and impact. Legal docs are versioned. OAuth tokens are encrypted with audit trails.

  • Override tracking: who / when / why / what / scope
  • Legal document versioning with effective dates
  • OAuth-only social auth (no passwords), minimal scopes
  • Publishing safety gate: AI-generate + human-approve by default

Policy Snapshot

What gets logged when I make an override?

Every override records: who made it, when, why (mandatory reason), what changed, the scope of impact, and score snapshots before and after.

How are OAuth tokens protected?

Tokens are encrypted at rest, stored with minimal scopes, and include full audit trails. Expired tokens auto-refresh; revocation is one-click. No passwords are ever stored.
